IIT Indore Campus - TEQIP
We are confirming the stay of 100 students/participants (60
boys and 40 girls) in the HJB hostel, double
occupancy room, for the upcoming workshop on
Indian Planetary Science Conference (IPSC)
from 22nd - 26th March 2026. Rooms will be provided on nominal charges. And accomodation will be provided on first come first serve basis.
Deadline to submit accommodation requests: 18 March 2026.

Transportation Information
Complimentary pick up and drop from the conference venue (IIT Indore) and the designated pick up points will be provided. You may book any hotel around the mentioned hotels for convenient access to the conference venue. Please provide your hotel details and pick up point on the "Pick up /drop services Google form" to ensure seamless shuttle coordination.
